Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Leslie Arthurton, co-founder of Home Services AI. Since 2021 I've built websites, software, and automated lead systems for hundreds of local businesses, and Home Services AI is where all of that comes together for the trades.
My background is a mix that turned out to be exactly right for this problem. I come from the financial and insurance world, high-stakes industries where a missed lead is expensive and follow-up is everything. I've also spent years on the tech and digital-marketing side, building SEO and SaaS tools for local businesses. Across those sectors I've helped hundreds of companies stop losing the leads they already paid to earn.
Our story
My business partner and I started Home Services AI from a simple observation: home service pros are incredible at their craft, but the business runs on calls, follow-ups, and reviews they don't have time for while they're on a job. The same leak showed up everywhere we'd worked. Great operators were losing revenue not because of their work, but because a call went unanswered or a lead never got followed up. The trades have it worst, because you can't answer the phone from the top of a ladder or under a sink.
So we built a 24/7 digital team: a high-converting website, an AI receptionist that never sleeps, missed-call text-back, and automated follow-up and reviews. It's the system we'd built for finance and insurance, rebuilt for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and the rest of the trades.
