One-Time Setup and Monthly Subscription: Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Clients are subject to a one-time setup fee (which may be waived with a 6-month prepayment) and a recurring monthly subscription fee for the ongoing hosting, maintenance, and AI response services.
Add-Ons: Additional services, such as SEO blogs and reputation management, are available for an extra fee, either as a one-time purchase or an ongoing monthly subscription, as specified at the time of purchase.
Payment: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable setup and subscription fees to your designated payment method.
2. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Effect of Cancellation: Our websites and AI services run exclusively on our proprietary platform. Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, the website hosting, AI lead response, and associated services will immediately cease. You retain ownership of your original content, brand assets, and domain name, but the website code, templates, and AI infrastructure remain the property of HomeServices AI and cannot be transferred or hosted elsewhere.
3. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the text, images, logos, and other content you provide to us for use on your website. You grant us a license to use, display, and modify this content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.
Our Platform: HomeServices AI retains all intellectual property rights in the website templates, AI algorithms, software, and underlying technology used to provide the services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your active subscription period.
4. Disclaimers
No Guaranteed Results: While we utilize SEO best practices and advanced AI lead response tools, HomeServices AI makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, website traffic, lead volume, or business revenue resulting from the use of our services.
"As Is" Service: The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeServices AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
